Tadgi Refugee Initiative Limited is a community-rooted organization dedicated to restoring hope and dignity for refugees, especially children and women facing displacement and hardship. Founded on the belief that every individual deserves protection, opportunity, and belonging, Tadgi provides support through education, psychosocial services, and empowerment programs that prioritize safety, resilience, and long-term well-being.
We work alongside local and international partners to deliver practical help: safe spaces for women and girls, child-friendly learning environments, and trauma-informed care. At the heart of the work is a commitment to voices that are too often unheard, and to turning crisis toward stability.
By equipping women with vocational skills and supporting children through learning and psychosocial workshops, we foster places where healing and growth go together. Programs are built with families, host communities, and frontline responders so that each step strengthens both individual lives and the community around them.

Partnerships
Tadgi believes in multiplying its efforts through collaboration and partnerships that bring together government, non-government, and corporate actors for social and economic development, including agriculture, environment, health, and women empowerment. The organization puts emphasis on upgrading the skills and capacities of its staff, with need-based training organized regularly.
